Paul Gioia
Paul started his career as a Lead Developer at Magnatech® in 2002. He pioneered the design and development of the systems, services and products that Magnatech currently offers.
His knowledge and experience in the arena of travel management software, coupled with his ability to conceptualize when designing associated solutions, makes him the ideal person to helm Magnatech.
Since assuming the role of President and CEO in 2016, Magnatech has grown its client base threefold, doubled its workforce, and expanded its product reach into more than 60 countries.

Maria Nudo
Maria is responsible for every administrative facet of the business, including personnel resources, contract management, finance and accounting, and all other corporate and administrative affairs.
She worked as an internal corporate paralegal in the areas of property acquisition, development, and management for more than 20 years before joining the Magnatech® team in 2016. Her extensive training and expertise contribute to Magnatech’s ability to provide top-notch client support.

Scott Millar
Scott joined the Magnatech® team in 2005 as a B2B sales executive and was quickly promoted to Product Manager.
These days Scott is the Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships of our web-based line of products SafeToGo®, OnQueue™, OnTrackplus™ and MTWokflows®. Scott is also strategic TMC and travel agency contact and coordinates our participation in various travel agency affiliate events held throughout the year.

Delia Ovideo
Delia has proven to be an invaluable addition to the management team since joining Magnatech® in 2011. Delia has had an impressive career path, from working as a travel coordinator to becoming Global Banking Assistant Manager for Flight Centre Ltd back in her home country, Australia. Delia’s extensive experience in corporate travel requirements makes her a natural fit for the end-to-end responsibility of our automated risk messaging and duty of care platform, SafeToGo.

Luciano Paparella

Luciano Paparella
Luciano has been an essential member of the Magnatech® team since 2009, specializing in the product development of our TMC platforms.
With over 30 years of expertise that includes integrating supply chain management systems, Luciano has been instrumental in advancing corporate travel management automation.
He has spearheaded the development of comprehensive automated solutions for mid-office compliance and auto-ticketing, resulting in a fully touchless system that enhances efficiency for corporate travel consultants.

Jeff Beaton
Joining Magnatech® in 2015, Jeff is a senior developer and project manager who serves as the foundation for product development of our GDS integrated solutions.
He also plays an integral role in our partnership with Tripbam, spearheading Magnatech's side of development for both their automated air and hotel rebooking products. These services provide our mutual clients with substantial savings in travel expenses.
Jeff's thoughtful, considered approach to projects for which he is responsible has proven invaluable over the years.

Mike Woo
Mike joined Magnatech® in 2017, bringing with him 30+ years of experience in software development, including work for one of the largest enterprises in Canada. He has been instrumental in our product expansions and has led the team in the development of numerous large-scale projects.
In particular, he was the primary architect of MTWorkflows and implemented many of its core components.
Mike’s design creativity and expertise at leveraging the latest technologies helps Magnatech provide innovative solutions to our customers.

Grace Jimenez
Grace studied programming at Vanier College and had a few roles in this domain before jumping on the Magnatech® steam train in 2012. As one of Magnatech's veteran software developers, she has worked on a majority of our products and services, including compliance control and the notification system within SafeToGo.
She is always eager to take on challenging projects and expand her impressive knowledge base. Most recently, Grace was responsible for the design and implementation of several major components in our latest product offering, MTWorkflows.

Andrew Korolus
Andrew started at Magnatech® in 2018 as an intern while completing his Bachelor of Computer Science degree at Concordia University. After graduating with Distinction in 2021, he joined Magnatech full-time as a Full Stack Developer and used his analytical, detail-oriented skillsets to innovate and pilot new ideas with the team.
He has led the redesign of the portal user interface and system architectures, and has played a major role in the development of MTWorkflows. His responsibilities have since expanded to DevOps Lead and he is continuously striving to refine our development pipelines.

Daniel joined Magnatech® in 2018 as an intern and has since honed his software development skills to a fine point. He signed on full-time in 2021 after graduating Concordia University with a Bachelor of Computer Science.
His strong IT background, passion for technology and unparalleled problem-solving abilities have made him an invaluable member of our team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, Daniel leverages his expertise and proficiency in programming languages and frameworks to implement robust systems that meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Jonathan Cardone
Jonathan joined the Magnatech® team in 2023. He sharpened his development skills by working on multiple projects during his studies and past work experiences. Jonathan was formerly a Web Developer at the CSLP, one of the many acclaimed research centres under Concordia University.
Thus, he brings to Magnatech his excellent creative and problem-solving skills. As a Full Stack Developer, he has been a tremendous help to the team with his critical thinking on designs and structuring within our projects and services, including MTWorkflows and OnQueue.

Jason is a bit of an unsung hero here at Magnatech, providing first level support and implementation to the thousands of agency offices using our travel management solutions around the globe. Jason originally joined the company in 2001, but took a little hiatus in 2017 to pursue other interests including Entertainment Journalism and flight simulation technology. We are over the moon that he returned to us post-COVID in 2022 as he has been almost single-handedly manning the Helpdesk until the addition of Mike Beaton to the team in 2024.

Representing Magnatech® in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, Susan joins us with over 15 years of experience in Travel Technology sales, account management, partnerships and marketing, and another 7 years working and living in Tokyo, Japan.
Now based in Sydney, Australia, Susan is a local contact working closely with Scott to drive further global reach in the TMC marketplace of our best-in-class products: SafeToGo®, OnQueue™, OnTrackplus™ and MTWokflows®.
